چکیده
By dividing the production process into technical processes and procedural processes, this paper supplements theoretical connotation of roundaboutness, analyzes discusses micro impact mechanisms environmental regulation on industrial structure through roundaboutness. Subsequently, based panel data 31 provinces cities in China from 2003 to 2017, a threshold model was adopted empirically analyze regulation, synergy roundabout transformation upgrading structures. The result shows there is single effect structures variable As well as continuous increase significant positive correlations between gradually vanish. However, synergistic growth roundaboutness significantly negatively correlated with upgrade. Investment social fixed assets has incentive upgrade, while government expenditure, foreign trade, opening-up have different degrees inhibition it. In order speed up under resource constraints, it necessary straighten out relationship production, promote scientific development both.
